Public Hearing for BC Housing (Supportive Housing)

The District of Sechelt will be holding a Public Hearing on May 22, 2018 at 7:00pm regarding an application to amend the Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw for a property located at the intersection of Hightide Avenue and Lamprey Lane in the Sechelt Village Neighbourhood.

The proposal is for a three-storey, supportive living, affordable housing development, with forty (40) apartment residential units and accessory support and amenity services. The subject property is located at 5656 Hightide Avenue and legally known as Lot 1, District Lot 304, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan BCP36628, PID 027-536-998.
