Public Hearing for Wade

The District of Sechelt will be holding a Public Hearing on May 23, 2018 at 7:00pm regarding an application to amend the Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw for three properties at the south-east corner of the intersection of Wharf Avenue and East Porpoise Bay Road.

The proposal is for a six-storey, mixed-used building with 47 residential units and approximately 93 m2 of commercial space. The subject properties are located in the Sechelt Village neighbourhood at 5686 Wharf Avenue, 5694 Wharf Avenue, and 5700 East Porpoise Bay Road and legally known as LOTS 19 & 21 BLOCK 9 DISTRICT LOTS 303 AND 304 PLAN 7483 and LOT 20, EXCEPT PART IN PLAN 22398, BLOCK 9 DISTRICT LOTS 303 AND 304 PLAN7483 as indicated on the Location Plan below.
