Public Hearing for Grove Art Gallery at the Watermark (Holywell Properties)

The District of Sechelt will be holding a Public Hearing regarding an application to amend the Zoning Bylaw for a property located at 5455 Inlet Avenue (The Watermark Complex). The application by Holywell Properties is to allow a commercial art gallery in the Watermark complex in Strata Lot 58, Strata Plan EPS 1505, District Lot 303, PID 029-134-331 facing the Boulevard waterfront pathway.
