Delegations - If members of the public wish to address Council or Committee on an issue, they may do so by making a request to appear as a delegation before Council. This request must be in writing using the Delegation Form (on-line submissions and faxes are permitted).
Delegations are heard after the adoption of the agenda (shortly after 7:00pm).

Emails can be directed to Mayor and Council through firstname.lastname@example.org. All correspondence sent to this email address is subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and is considered a part of the public record for the District of Sechelt. If your email also contains a question or request for information, it will be forwarded to the appropriate staff person for a response within the next 10 business days. Correspondence addressed to Council may appear on a future public Council agenda.
