Delegations - If members of the public wish to address Council or Committee on an issue, they may do so by making a request to appear as a delegation before Council. This request must be in writing using the
Delegation Form (on-line submissions and faxes are permitted).
Delegations are heard after the adoption of the agenda (shortly after 7:00pm).
Appointments with the Mayor may be obtained by calling the Coordinator of Council and Community Relations, Connie Jordison at the District Office.
Emails can be directed to Mayor and Council through
info@sechelt.ca. Please indicate Attention Mayor and Council in the subject line or in your email message. This helps ensure that the District has record of the receipt of the email correspondence and so that all members of Councl have access to the Council correspondence.
