The District of Sechelt currently maintains 51 beach accesses with more being developed and improved each year. Each access offers a unique perspective of our beautiful shorelines and waterways. Public access to our beaches has been a priority with strong support from Council and staff.
Please respect neighboring properties and the environmental sensitivity of each area. Help us to keep our beaches clean and preserve our trails. Keep pets on leashes, clean up after your pets and pack out what you carry in. All trails are off limits to motorized vehicles.
Please enjoy all District trails, parks and beach accesses responsibly and at your own risk. If you have any concerns or wish to report any damage, please contact the District of Sechelt at (604) 885-1986 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please see our Beach Access Brochure for a detailed map and information on all beach access available. All distances indicated are approximate and measured from edge of road to shore.
