Beach Accesses

The District of Sechelt currently maintains over 45 beach accesses with more being developed and improved each year.  Each access offers a unique perspective of our beautiful shorelines and waterways.  Public access to our beaches has been a priority with strong support from Council and staff.  

New standardized beach access signs are being installed as part of a multi-year initiative to make accesses more easily identifiable to the public. 

Please respect neighboring properties and the environmental sensitivity of each area. Help us to keep our beaches clean and preserve our trails.  Keep pets on leashes, clean up after your pets and pack out what you carry in.  All trails are off limits to motorized vehicles.
