The District will be holding a Virtual Public Hearing on December 15, 2021 at 6:00pm for the following development application:

Rezoning Application for 5558 & 5556 Nickerson Road (Everbrite)

WHAT’S PROPOSED

Zoning Bylaw amendment to rezone the property from R-3 to R-1 to facilitate a 12-lot subdivision with 500m2 minimum lot size.

All submissions must be received prior to the close of the public hearing.

You can participate virtually with a computer, tablet or phone. You may present verbal or written submissions at the virtual meeting via the Zoom Webinar application
