Sechelt Municipal Hall will be closed from afternoon December 24 to January 1. Regular operating hours will resume on January 2, 2026.

Tax Sale

As of Monday, September 29, there are no longer any properties subject to tax sale in the District of Sechelt.
What is a tax sale?As per the Local Government Act, the District auctions properties with three years of outstanding taxes to the highest bidder at a Tax Sale. The list of properties being auctioned is advertised in local print media in September.
