REEF ROAD NOW OPEN

UPDATE Jan.31, 2024 - Reef Road is now open. Please slow down and follow all road signage and construction crews as work is completed. Thank you for your patience!

Heavy rain and slope instability have caused erosion on Reef Road, just north of Marine Way. The culvert at Cook Creek is flowing at full capacity, resulting in slope instability and undermining of Reef Road. This is dangerous and can cause the road to fail on one side of this section.

Municipal Hall: New Temporary Public Location

Due to a water leak in the front reception area of Municipal Hall, a new temporary location has been set up for residents who would like to speak to someone in person.

Business licences, payments and other information can be aquired at the new location.

UPDATE: Wednesday & Thursday Waste Collection Cancelled

Due to snow and poor road conditions on side streets, waste collection on the Wednesday and Thursday routes is cancelled. 

Pick Up Plan:

• Wednesday normal collection - make up will be on Saturday, January 20.
• Thursday normal collection - make up will be on Monday, January 22. 

Please put bins by 8 a.m.

Time to Renew Business and Pet Licences

Do you have a business licence or a dog licence? If so, it's time to renew for 2024. Deadline: January 31, 2024. You can renew, register and pay online, just click "Online Services" on the homepage.

Once in the Online Services section click "Login" to access your account or "Register" to create an account. With an account you can see your personal info, make payments and see payment history regarding your licences and property tax.
