The District will be holding a Virtual Public Hearing on January 28th at 6:00pm for the following development application.

Rezoning Application for 5547 Trail Avenue (CityState)

WHAT'S PROPOSED
To amend the R-2A zone to facilitate a small-lot  subdivision with a minimum lot size of 350 square metres. The proposed amendments only affect the property at 5547 Trail Avenue.
