Mission Point House is located next to the beach and Mission Point Park in Davis Bay. This 900 sq.ft home is post and beam cedar side, has plenty of windows, a living room, dining room, small kitchen, large deck and yard for entertaining.

A perfect venue for birthday parties, family gatherings, weddings, art and yoga classes or private meetings.

$300 refundable damage deposit

Things to know

Special Event Liability insurance may be required for your event.
If you are organizing or hosting an event and wish to sell or serve liquor, for weddings, private functions or family gathering, social, cultural, recreational, religious, sporting or community event. You will require a Special Event Permit.
No smoking per Bylaw 570, 2018 Smoking Control
