• Capacity 50 persons on the main floor and 30 persons in the art space

• Main floor kitchen has a commercial 6 burner gas stove and oven, commercial dishwasher, fridge, kettles and coffee pots.  Selection of dishes, glassware, cutlery and pots. 
• Large 2 level parking lot
• Hours of operation - 8am - 11pm
• Portable projector and screen available for an additional rate

Daily rate is defined as any 10-hour segment of a 24-hour day

Art Space

• $25 per hour or $130 per day

Non-profit rates available upon request

• $300 refundable damage deposit is require to hold space
• $500 refundable damage deposit wedding/reception to hold space

• Special Event Liability insurance may be required for your event
• If you are organizing or hosting an event and wish to sell or serve liquor, for weddings, private functions or family gathering, social, cultural, recreational, religious, sporting or community event.  You will require a Special Event Permit.
