Originally a guest house, Rockwood was for many years a popular destination for visitors travelling to the Sunshine Coast. Rockwood was acquired by The District of Sechelt in 1986 and was re-purposed into a hub for the community, community organizations, arts, local businesses, and public.

Rent the main floor living room, dining room, kitchen, the downstairs art space or the whole lodge.

A perfect venue for weddings, family gatherings, art shows, meetings, or filming.

Daily rate is defined as any 10-hour segment of a 24-hour day

$300 refundable damage deposit is require to hold space
$500 refundable damage deposit wedding/reception to hold space

Thing to know

Special Event Liability insurance may be required for your event
If you are organizing or hosting an event and wish to sell or serve liquor, for weddings, private functions or family gathering, social, cultural, recreational, religious, sporting or community event. You will require a Special Event Permit.
No smoking per Bylaw 570, 2018 Smoking Control
