These forms must be completed for the following development application types: Rezoning, OCP Amendment, Subdivision, Development Permit, Development Variance Permit, Temporary Use Permit, and Board of Variance. If you are unsure of which form to complete please contact the Planning Department.

Application Fees
Once a complete application is received staff will contact you to provide an invoice and arrange for payment in accordance with the Planning Fee Schedule (Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 575).
