Applications are now open for 2026 Street Vending!
The first round of intake ends February 28, 2026.
Vendor Types
To apply, you must fall into one of the categories below:
- Street Food Vendor (food truck, food trailer or food cart)
- May operate in certain District locations
- May operate on private property in an industrial, institutional or commercial zone with owner permission.
- Roaming Street Food Vendor (Food truck)
- Allows for food and non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream, etc. to be sold on District property from a vending unit that may change locations.
- Cannot block the road for a period of time to make a sale.
- Must only sell pre-packaged or prepared food items.
- Street Vendor (non-food items)
- Vending of non-food items. Examples include artwork, handcrafts, flowers, water sports, jewelry, sunglasses, etc.
