2023 Grants Awarded

SECHELT AWARDS $103,000 TO LOCAL NON-PROFITS

Sechelt, BC – The District of Sechelt has awarded annual and multi-year grants to 17 local non-profit and charity organizations. A total of $103,000 in Community Investment Program grants were approved for a variety of programs such as Sunshine Coast Community Services Youth Outreach, the Sunshine Coast Resource Centre and the Sunshine Coast Arts Council. “These grants are our opportunity to invest in the community,” said John Henderson, Mayor of Sechelt. “The programs and services offered by these groups are valued by our community, and they help make Sechelt a great place.”
