Beaches
The District of Sechelt currently maintains 50 beach accesses with more being developed and improved each year. Each beach offers a unique experience of our beautiful shorelines and waterways. Public access to our beaches has been a priority with strong support from Council and staff.
Beach Vistor's Responsibility
While we encourage our residents and guests to visit our beaches we ask that you please respect neighbouring properties and the environmental sensitivity of each area. Please enjoy District of Sechelt beach accesses responsibly and at your own risk.
Help us to keep our beaches clean and preserve our trails.
- Keep pets on leashes
- Clean up after your pets
- Pack out what you carry in
- Leave no garbage behind
- All trails are off limits to motorized vehicles.
