Applications are now Closed for 2026 Street Vending!

Intake for 2027 season will start early January 2027.

Vendor Types

To apply, you must fall into one of the categories below:

  1. Street Food Vendor (food truck, food trailer or food cart)

    • May operate in certain District locations

    • May operate on private property in an industrial, institutional or commercial zone with owner permission. 

  2. Roaming Street Food Vendor (Food truck)

    • Allows for food and non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream, etc. to be sold on District property from a vending unit that may change locations.

    • Cannot block the road for a period of time to make a sale.

    • Must only sell pre-packaged or prepared food items.

  3. Street Vendor (non-food items)

    • Vending of non-food items. Examples include artwork, handcrafts, flowers, water sports, jewelry, sunglasses, etc.

Seasons

Summer: May 1 - October 31
Winter: November 1 - April 30
All year: January 1 - December 31
Day Use option

Vending Sites:

4611 Sunshine Coast Hwy

  • 2 pads for Street Food Vendors - stationary (16'x10' & 12'x10')
  • 1 pad for Street Vendor (non food, 6'x6')
  • Power: 1x 50 amp and 2x 20 amp
  • Water (Available next to washroom)

5482 Wharf Avenue

  • 3 pads for Street Food Vendors - stationary (16'x10' & 12'x10')
  • Power: 2 x 30 amp and 2 x 50 amp (Please note, correct power cables will be require, long enough to reach vending pad).
  • Water (Available on site)

6200 Ripple Way

  • 1 large vending pad (9.2m x 2.2m)
